Yesterday, we sang the hymn, “This is My Father’s World.”  It was written by Maltbie D. Babcock, a pastor in western New York state, and published after his death in 1901.  Like us, he lived on the Niagara Escarpment and would frequently walk the Escarpment in order to “go out and see my Father’s world.”
